When to book a visit
  • Jet lag that will not settle, or a body clock thrown off by long-haul flights, frequent travel or a move to Vietnam
  • Settling-in stress for you or your children after relocating: a new school, a new language, a new routine
  • Difficulties with learning, focus or attention
  • Long-lasting insomnia, trouble falling or staying asleep, or a sudden change in daily rhythm
  • Anxiety, low mood, depression, irritability or emotions that feel out of control
  • Severe stress, or psychological trauma after a major life event
  • Signs of psychosis: unfounded suspicion, delusions, or hearing or seeing things others do not

If you or someone you care for is in immediate danger, including thoughts of self-harm, call 115 or go to the nearest emergency department now.

A connected approach
to your health.

Begin with a conversation. Agree on a scope of care. Build a plan that fits your health needs and daily life.

  1. Listen & understand

Discuss your priorities, medical history, and expectations to see whether personal care is right for you.

  2. Review & plan

Review available records and arrange a suitable assessment. Agree on priorities and a follow-up plan.

  3. Follow up & coordinate

Follow the agreed plan, review changes, and coordinate specialist care when needed.

Questions before
we begin.

A good relationship starts with clear expectations. Let’s talk through what matters to you.

What happens in the first conversation?

We discuss your needs and whether the service is suitable. The format, timing, any consultation fee, and what to prepare will be confirmed before the appointment. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.

I live in Da Nang or outside Hanoi. Can I still consult?

Yes, online. In Da Nang, a local doctor works with us to arrange an in-person visit when you need one. Home visits are available in Hanoi.

Can I claim the cost on my health insurance?

For visits and tests paid directly at Mediplus, Dr. Giang can help you with the insurance claim. Care-plan fees paid to Concierge Healthcare Vietnam cannot currently be claimed.

Can the physician visit my home?

Home visits can be discussed according to clinical needs, your location, and scheduling. Please confirm availability for your area and any travel fees before choosing a plan.

What do care fees include?

A detailed proposal should specify the people covered, service period, visits, contact arrangements, and fees. Tests, medication, specialist consultations, hospital care, and travel should be clarified separately in that proposal.

Can I contact the physician outside office hours?

Contact hours, expected response times, and arrangements when the physician is unavailable must be agreed as part of your plan. This website does not promise an immediate response or round-the-clock personal attendance.

How are specialists and hospitals involved?

The physician can help explain your options and discuss suitable specialist referrals or independent opinions. Appointments, clinical decisions, and hospital services remain subject to the receiving provider’s assessment and availability.

What information should I share initially?

Your name, contact number, and a general care need are enough to start. Please do not submit medical records or sensitive health details through this form. Ask about recipients, storage, and an appropriate sharing channel before sending medical information.
